Refund Policy
At Pokestorms, we want every order to arrive safely and exactly as described. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
This includes situations where you:

Ordered the wrong product

No longer want the item
-
Found the item cheaper elsewhere

Changed your mind after purchase
Because trading card game products can fluctuate in price and may be collectible or sealed items, all sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Sealed Trading Card Products
Sealed products, including booster boxes, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, starter decks, collection boxes, bundles, and similar products, cannot be returned once opened.
To be eligible for a return, sealed products must be:

Unopened

Unused
-
In their original packaging

In the same condition they were received
Opened sealed products cannot be returned or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Singles and Individual Cards
Individual trading cards are sold based on the product description, images, and listed condition where applicable.
Returns are not accepted for individual cards unless the item received is significantly different from the listing, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Minor differences in centering, print lines, factory marks, or other manufacturing variations may occur and are not considered faults unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

We will review the issue and let you know the next steps.
Damaged Packaging
We take care when packing orders; however, minor packaging wear may occur during shipping.
For collectible sealed products, please contact us if the outer packaging or product box arrives with significant damage. We may request photos to assess the issue.
Minor dents, scratches, scuffs, or imperfections that do not affect the sealed contents may not qualify for a refund or replacement unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are reserved once payment is made.
Pre-order release dates are based on supplier information and may change. If a release date changes, your order will remain active unless we contact you with an update.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind unless approved by Pokestorms.
If we are unable to supply a pre-order item, we will contact you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.
Refunds
If your return or refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Pokestorms, a faulty item, an incorrect item, or another issue covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change of mind returns, where accepted.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed item, we will assist with the return process in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law, including where a product has a major problem or is not of acceptable quality.
